Le gite est situé au début du cap d’Antibes à 300m des plages de la Salis et du Ponteil dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, sur Antibes, le Vieil-Antibes et sur les Alpes.

Le gîte a été entièrement rénové cette année et meublé avec goût, avec son rez-de jardin privatif de 60 m2.
Le gite de 40 m² est prévu pour 4 personnes; il se compose d’ :
- une chambre (avec un lit double de 140 x 190 cm)
- un salon salle à manger spacieux et lumineux (un canapé convertible 140 x 190 cm)
- une salle de bain avec douche
- un WC séparé
- une cuisine ouverte sur le salon salle à manger entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaque induction, frigo congélateur, bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain)
- une grande terrasse privée de 60m² avec une vue mer, avec table, chaises, barbecue et chaises longues.
